EXERCISE My husband and I are considering buying a new piece of exercise equipment. We never use our exer-cycle, so we want to buy something more interesting. What do you suggest? Everyday set aside 45 minutes to exercise. Do sit-ups, pushups, jumping jacks, jump rope. If you can keep this up every day for a month, then you are ready to join a gym. For the price of one rowing machine, you and your husband could join a gym for 2-3 years, and use any exercise equipment you want. I used to love running a couple miles a day, but now that I am 25, it hurts my knees. I really miss the exercise, the scenery, the relaxing feeling. Try walking really fast. Walking is 90% running. Stand up straight, suck in your gut, and walk as fast as you possibly can. You can follow the same route as before. I Was Told copyright 2006 |
